Dr. Tracy Freeman is an integrative medical physician whose primary focus is achieving wellness through a combination of holistic and conventional medicine methodologies. Dr. Freeman, whose medical career spans almost two decades, has progressively reoriented her practice to include natural treatments and a search for the root cause of disease.

The origins of her medical philosophy stemmed from her roots as the daughter of a physician, very much concerned with the overall well-being of his patients, and her mother, an artist and a strong believer in alternative paths to wellness, prevention and healing. A transformational experience took place when her son was born with autism and Dr. Freeman personally and professionally realized the benefits of such holistic approaches to treatment.

Dr. Freeman sees herself as a primary care physician who is philosophically based as a medical ‘detective’ and a patient advocate dealing with issues across the spectrum of physical and other disorders. She is committed to spending time with her patients and learning about their backgrounds and lifestyles. Upon graduation from Howard University College of Medicine, she received a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.  She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Florida Shands Jacksonville Health Center.  She has further served the indigent and others remote from accessing quality medical treatment in an array of venues both domestically and in locales in Jamaica and Ghana. These Foundations, when combined with her knowledge of holistic and natural treatments, allow Dr. Freeman to treat the whole person utilizing many approaches.

Darryl Yeagley M.A.

Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coach and Herbalist

Darryl has been involved in alternative medicine for the past thirty years. Following his own personal health crisis in his 20s, he was left sick and bedridden. Allopathic medicine had

saved his life but not made him well. Through his own journey to wellness, he discovered that there is a need for a model of treatment that not only offers the best of all available modalities, but also acknowledges the patient, their unique values and their lifestyle. He believes that wellness is best achieved though empowerment of the client.

He managed a health food store for 12 years. He enrolled in or actively participated in over 300 hours of workshops ranging from applied modalities such as acupressure, detoxification, thyroid/adrenal balancing and hormonal balancing to the more esoteric such as energy work, chakra cleansing, and kinesiology. He used this unique blend of knowledge for 7 years at National Integrated Health Associates serving as a medical assistant and detoxification coach.

His success with clients and his thirst for more knowledge to help people help themselves led him to enroll at Maryland University of Integrative Health where he achieved a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching with a focus in Herbalism. He is currently a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
